Refund & Returns Policy

At ExentiS Fashions, we value your trust and satisfaction. We take great care to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

  • The return request is raised within 2 days of receiving the order.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Please note:

  • Products purchased during sale, combo offers, or clearance events are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or defective.

  • Accessories, innerwear, and personalized items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

  • We do not accept exchanges for items that have been custom-altered or tailored to your specifications.

  • Exchanges due to customer error (e.g., incorrect size selection without actual size or fit issues) will not be accepted unless the product is returned in fresh, unused condition and passes inspection.


2. Return Process

1️⃣ Initiate a Return:
Contact us via email at Official.exentis@gmail.com or call us at +91 962 986 5242 with your order details, reason for return, and clear product images.

2️⃣ Approval & Pickup:
Once approved, we will guide you on the return process. Customers may be asked to self-ship the product to our address if pickup service is unavailable in their area.

3️⃣ Quality Check:
After we receive the item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return and exchange conditions.

4️⃣ Refund/Exchange:
Upon successful inspection, we will process your refund or replacement within 7–10 working days through your original payment method or as store credit.


3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned product passes our quality check.

  • If the product fails inspection (e.g., used, washed, or missing tags), the return will be declined.

  • Shipping or COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • In case of self-shipping, the shipping cost may be reimbursed if the return is approved due to a fault on our end.


4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.

  • Once the product is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

  • If a cancellation is approved, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.


5. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Our team will review and arrange a replacement or refund based on availability.
